Full story: Tired of a week of clouded sky and no PanSTARRs Comet visible, I called my friend Dr. Wolfgang Kausch of the Institute for Astro- and Particle Physics, Univ. of Innsbruck, and Dr. Michael Winkler of Austrian Weather Service ZAMG; responsible for their worldwide expedition weather service.
